AEB。US and Japan

Yesterday , 29th-April NHTSA(US DOT）announced that AEB final rules that makes car manufacturs to AEB equipped with on vehicle including passenger cars and light truck. This will start in 2029 .

What is going on In Japan?

MLIT(国土交通省） has already announce that road safety strategy require AEB for passenger cars and commercial heavy vehicles.

乗用車等の衝突被害軽減ブレーキに関する国際基準を導入し、新車を対象とした義務付けを行います。
～道路運送車両の保安基準の細目を定める告示等の一部改正について～

In 2020 , AEB for passenger cars equipped road map decided and announced .
